We ship with most major airlines, all of which operate pressurized cabins with climate control systems, and our puppies are flown in specially designated pet compartments. How Do We Handle Shipping?
Health & Safety First: Our licensed veterinarian conducts a thorough health exam on your puppy, including a fecal test to ensure it’s free from worms and parasites. We only ship via airlines that participate in a Pet Safety Program, or through our trusted specialized animal courier, handled with utmost professionalism by our shipping experts.
Booking & Itinerary: Once full payment is received, we promptly book your puppy’s flight and send you a comprehensive email itinerary, including flight times, schedules, tracking numbers, and pickup details. On the day of departure, our delivery partner will pick up your puppy from our facility, prepare him for travel, and ensure all paperwork is completed.
Real-Time Updates: During your puppy’s flight, we provide continuous updates until your puppy arrives safely at your doorstep. You’ll receive emails and calls with the latest flight status and tracking information, so you’re never out of the loop.
Receiving Your Puppy:
Standard Shipping: Available to most major airports in the UK, US, Canada, and Mexico at a fee of $400 per puppy (additional to the purchase price). This fee covers flight costs, travel crate, health certificate, and handling.
Personal Hand Delivery: For added peace of mind, one of our team members can accompany your puppy on the flight, escorting him from our facility directly to your home—free of charge!
Delivery Timing: Puppies aged 8 weeks or older, with all necessary medical documents, are typically delivered within 2 days of booking. We do our best to secure affordable flights quickly, often departing early in the morning for same-day or next-day delivery.
Important Notes:
Vaccine Policy: Do not give your new puppy any vaccines within the first 14 days of arrival. Our puppies are fully vaccinated before leaving us, and additional vaccines are unnecessary in the initial weeks. Upon arrival, we recommend taking your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days for a health check—failure to do so may void our refunds policy.
Travel Comfort & Safety: We prioritize your puppy’s comfort and safety. Each travel crate is custom-fitted for your puppy, with food, toys, a familiar blanket with sibling scent, and care instructions included. Our team member accompanies the puppy during transit to ensure a smooth and reassuring journey.
